"For a long time I wondered if I'm brave enough to do a shoot like this. I think my biggest insecurity was about what others would say when I told them I was going to boudoir photos taken. I looked at Pauliina's most recent work on Instagram and I was sold. Her images are simply amazing and I finally realised that I couldn't miss this opportunity. I was going to do the shoot. Her images are sensual and beautiful, never "too much" in any way. I would regret it forever if I didn't have these kinds of images taken of myself at this point in my life.

At the beginning of the shoot I was a little nervous, but also super excited. The atmosphere Pauliina created was relaxed and calming, I had the feeling that I could be entirely myself without having to hold back. We joked and laughed a lot together which helped me let go of the last bit of nervousness.

 

When I saw the photos I was mesmerised. They were amazing! I would have never thought that anyone could take beautiful images like this of ME. It was so interesting to see myself through someone else's eyes this way. We all have our own insecurities, but through images like this, they are forgotten. At least for a while. Now I can always look back at these photos and remind myself that I am perfect just the way I am
